Category (S.C./S.T./O.B.C./BPL/EWS/IRDP) Certificate issued from a recognized authority (vi) Demand Draft in the office of Himachal Pradesh Waqf Board, Hari Ashram Building, Lower Chakkar, Shimla-5 within 15 days from the publication of this advertisement clearly mentioning the post for which he/she has applied on the envelope. The application received after due date or found incomplete will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The Board will not be responsible for any delay in receipt of application due to any reason whatsoever. The application fee is Rs. 500/-. The Demand Draft may be prepared in the name of Chief Executive Officer, H.P. Waqf Board, Shimla. Selection process will be based on: The merit in Educational Qualification (Weightage 70%), Socio
Economic Backwardness (Weightage 10%), Personality Test (Weightage 20%). During personality Test the applicant will be judged based on (a) Aptitude and Attitude towards the work (b) Social, consciousness and
sensitivity towards social issues (c) Linguistic competency and communication skills (d) Knowledge about the institutions, acts and rules
related to minority affairs (e) Ethics, integrity and moral values. Candidates applying for Clerk/JOA(IT) have to pass the typing test. Selected candidate will have to submit a certificate of his/her fitness from Government/Registered Medical Practitioner. The appointment is liable to be terminated in case the work/performance/conduct is not found
satisfactory. The appointee will be entitled for annual increase in contractual amount @ 3% of the prevailing contractual emoluments and no other benefits will be given. The appointee will be entitled for one day’s casual leave after putting one month service. The un-availed leave will not be carried forward for the next calendar year. Unauthorized absence from the duty without the approval of the Controlling Officer shall automatically lead to the termination of the contract. However, in exceptional cases where
the circumstances for un-authorized absence from duty were beyond his/her control on medical grounds, such period shall not be excluded while considering his/her case for regularization but the incumbent shall have
to intimate the controlling authority in this regard well in time. However, the contract appointee shall not be entitled for contractual amount for this period of absence from duty. The appointee who has completed three years
tenure at one place of posting will be eligible for transfer on need basis wherever required on administrative grounds. The appointee will be
entitled to TA/DA if required to go on tour in connection with his/her official duties at the same rate as applicable to regular counterpart officials at the minimum of pay scale. The appointee will have to submit his/her consent
in respect of above terms and conditions in the shape of an affidavit.
