The National Institute for Career Service (NICS), Ministry of Labour and Employment (MoLE), Government of India (GoI) has sought Applications from the Committed Competent Candidates duly meeting the Eligibility Criteria in reference to the Post Young Professional (YP) under the Directorate General for Employment (DGE), Ministry of Labor and Employment, Government of India. There are 43 Vacancies for Young Professional Post.
Those who deem to have fulfilled the Eligibility Criteria for Young Professional Post, and intending to apply for the Young Professional Post may proceed with submitting their respective Candidacy for as per Instructions with the Online Application Registration Process (OARP). The Last Date for the Candidate’s Online Recruitment Applications Submission (ORAS) together with the Essential Documents and Testimonials, etc., befalls 15th Date from issuance of the MoLE Recruitment Notification 2022 for Young Professional Post in the National Institute for Career Service.
Selection Process: Selection to the Post of Young Professional considered Eligible for Engagement shall be Initially for 02 Years, which may be extended up to 05 Years hinging on the Incumbent’s Satisfactory Performance and the Project Requirement.
Selection Methodology: Preliminary Screening will be based on the Candidate’s Eligibility Criteria, and Qualifications, Suitability/Experience, etc. furnished in the Online Application. Only such Candidates, who shall be observed, so deemed Eligible for the Selection Process will be summoned for further Selection Process involving a Personal Interview (PI), Group Discussion (GD) and Computer Proficiency Test (CPT).
