The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department (CRPD) has invited Applications in Online Mode from Candidates fulfilling Eligibility for Multiple Posts under the Regular and Backlog Recruitment Processes in the State Bank of India. Those Candidates from among the Eligible Candidates willing to apply State-wise in Hindi Language and various Dialects may proceed with the submission of Online Applications following the Prescribed Instructions.
*The Candidates having acquired Degrees in the Disciplines; viz., Medical, Engineering, Chartered Accountant, and Cost Accountant are also Eligible to apply.
There are 1422 Vacancies in Aggregate including 1400 Vacancies under Regular Recruitment and 22 under Backlog Recruitment for various Posts. 1400 Vacancies (including 572 under Regular Recruitment). The online Recruitment Application Process commences this Date with the Last Date for Online Registration with Scanned Signatures, Photographs, Testimonials and Fee befalls 7th November 2022 (07.11.2022).
SBI Recruitment Methodology: The Central Recruitment & Promotion Department shall conduct the Selection Process through 03 Stages; viz., i) Online Examination, ii) Screening Process, and iii) Personal Interview respectively aimed at yielding Merit.
Selection Procedure: The Selection Process for Recruitment into the Circle-Based Officer Posts consists of 03 Stages; viz., i) Computer-Based Online Test, ii) Screening of Documents and iii) Personal Interview.
Online Test: The Central Recruitment and Promotion Department shall host tentatively on 4th December 2022 (04.12.2022) Pan-India Computer-Based Recruitment Test Online Test spans 02-Hours’ with Descriptive Type Test with 30 Minutes’ Exam Duration will comprise 120 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions for 120 Marks and Descriptive Test in English Language (Letter Drafting and Essay Writing) carries 50 Marks. The Descriptive Test will be administered immediately following the Objective Type Online Test. The Candidates, in the Descriptive Test and will have to typewrite both Letter and Essay on the Computer within Half-an-Hour (½ or 30 Minutes).
a) Objective Test: The Computer-Based Online Test with 02 Hours’ Examination Duration consisting of 04 Sections with 120 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type for Total 120 Marks with No Negative Marking. The Candidates secured Marks in the Online Test will be reckoned toward preparing Merit List.
