Indian Coast Guard is inviting applications from male Indian citizens for the posts of Navik (General Duty) and Narvik (Domestic Branch) through the Coast Guard Enrolled Personnel Test (CGEPT). There are a total of 255 vacancies for the given post. As per the official notification of 2023, the minimum age limit to apply for the post is 18 years and the maximum age limit is 22 years. Candidates applying for Indian Coast Guard recruitment 2023 will be given a monthly remuneration of Rs. 21700 plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on the nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.
Candidates will be selected on the basis of a written exam, physical fitness test, document verification and medical examination. Eligible candidates can apply online through the official website of the Indian Coast Guard. As per Indian Coast Guard the online application form starts from 6th February 2023 to 16th February 2023. Candidates have to pay Rs. 300 as an application fee and candidates belonging to ST/SC categories are exempted from payment of a fee.
