National Power Training Insttute, Sector-33, Faridabad, an ISO 9001 & 14001 an Autonomous Organisation of Mnistry of Power, Government of India establshed vide The Gazette of India July 3, 1993 to function as National Apex Body for Trainng and Human Resources Development in Power Sector having 10 nstitutes located at Badarpur (New Delh), Nangal (Punjab), Neyvei (Tamil Nadu), Bangaore (Karnataka), Durgapur (West Bengal), Guwahati (Assam), Nagpur (Maharashtra), Alappuzha (Kerala) and Shivpuri (Madhya Pradesh). NPTI invtes applications for the following posts on deputation/transfer on foregn service terms initially for a period of one year which may be extended upto three years. (The period of deputation/short-term contract including the period of deputation/contract in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment n the same or some other organization/department of Central Govt. shall not be exceeding 3 (three years).
