The company has advertised for permanent posts, such as Additional General Manager, Deputy General Manager, and Senior Manager, and fixed-term employment (FTE) posts, such as Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, and Manager, on a temporary contract basis. The FTE posts are for three years, extendable by two years, based on the organization’s requirements and the individual’s performance.
