LCA Tejas Division, which is a division of Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), Bangalore Complex is in the process of inducting personnel for the post of Security Guard (Ex-Servicemen) and Fitter (unfilled backlog vacancies) in SC/ST/OBC/UR/PWBD Categories. As per HAL Recruitment 2023 official notification, this recruitment is on a Tenure Basis for a period of four years in the Non-Executive Cadre, which will be posted in LCA Tejas Division and Aerospace Division or to any Divisions/Offices of HAL/Indian Air Force Bases (IAF) Outstation bases. Ex-servicemen who want to apply for the post of Security Guard should possess PUC/Intermediate or SSLC with three years of Ex-servicemen (Combatant) experience. They should also have the knowledge and hands-on experience in operating a computer, and possessing a driving license to drive a two-wheeler/four-wheeler is desirable. On the other hand, the Fitter post requires candidates to have an ITI certificate with NAC/NCTVT Fitter. The upper age limit for both posts is 28 years as on 01.04.2023.
