Indian Air Force is inviting applications from eligible unmarried Indian candidates for the post of Agniveer Vayu under the Agnipath Scheme. As per the Indian Air Force Recruitment 2023 official notification, selected candidates on the Agnipath scheme will be appointed for a tenure of 04 years. Candidates will be selected through an online test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT), Adaptability Test-I, and Adaptability Test-II, (PFT consists of two parts, PFT-I and PFT-II) and Medical Examination.
As per the Indian Air Force Recruitment 2023 official notification, candidates applying for the above-mentioned job post must have born between 27 June 2003 and 27 December 2006 are eligible to apply. In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as of the date of enrolment should be 21 years. Selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Rs. 30000 with a fixed yearly increment. In addition, Risk and Hardship allowances (as applicable in IAF), Dress and Travel allowances will be paid. Perks such as ration, clothing, accommodation and Leave Travel Concession (LTC) shall also be provided as per the existing rules.
