FACULTY RECRUITMENT OUT AT NIT

 

National Institute of Technology (NIT) Uttarakhand is inviting interested and eligible candidates for the post of Temporary Faculty in Social Sciences and English in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences and Computer Science and Engineering for the Odd Semester of the Academic year 2023-2024. As mentioned in the official notification of NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2023, there are 04 vacancies for the mentioned position in various departments. The educational qualification is different according to the departments (mentioned below in the article). The candidates should have relevant years of experience in their appropriate fields/ departments. The candidates selected for the mentioned position will get a consolidated salary of Rs.70000 per month for PhD candidates and Rs.45000 per month for M.E./ M.Tech candidates.

According to the official notification of NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2023, the appointment is purely temporary for the Odd Semester of the Academic Year 2023-2024. However, it may be extended to next semester as per the Institute’s requirement and the performance of the faculty. The candidates will be selected on the basis of a walk-in interview conducted by the committee. As mentioned in the official notification of NIT Uttarakhand Recruitment 2023, interested and eligible candidates can directly appear for a walk-in interview conducted by the committee. The candidates are required to come prepared for a 5-10 min presentation on a topic relevant to the post applied. The candidates have to carry all the relevant documents and duly filled application forms available on the official website of NIT Uttarakhand at the time of the interview.
