Bharat Dynamics Limited is inviting applications for suitable and qualified applicants for the positions of Management Trainees, Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations). The candidate’s maximum age limit for the given posts of MT (Finance) with CA / ICWAI qualification, Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations) should be 28 years and for all other posts should be 27 years. According to the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, the interested candidates have to pay Rs. 500 as the application fee and SC/ ST/ PwBD/ Ex-Servicemen/ Internal Permanent are exempted from payment of the Application Fee. The application fee must be paid through debit Card / Credit Card/ Net Banking, UPI etc.

In accordance with the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, there are a total of 45 vacancies available for the positions listed. The selected candidate of Management Trainee will get a monthly salary between Rs.40000 to Rs.140000 and the selected candidate of Welfare Officer and JM (Public Relations) will get a monthly salary between Rs.30000 to Rs.120000. The mode of choosing will be based on a computer-based test and an interview, with the details of the selection process being communicated to the shortlisted candidates later. The CBoT will last two hours and will consist of 150 Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). The test will be held in Bangalore, Bhopal, Bhubaneshwar, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Trivandrum, and Visakhapatnam. As per the official notification of BDL Recruitment 2023, interested and qualified candidates may apply for an online application with all mandatory documents along with scanned copies of photographs and signatures sent to the official website of BDL before or on the deadline. The application form has already started from 21-08-2023.
