Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navartna Company and India’s premier professional electronics company under the Ministry of Defence, is inviting applications from eligible and qualified candidates for the posts of Trainee Engineer-I, Project Engineer-I, Project Officer-I (Human Resources), and Project Engineer-I (Material Management). As indicated in the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, candidates should have a B.E./B.Tech. (4-year course) engineering degree and an MBA, MSW, PG degree, or postgraduate diploma in human resources management, industrial relations, or personnel management HR from a recognized university, institution, or college with a 55% according to the posts. The upper age limit of the candidates is up to 32 years as on 01-06-2023.
In accordance with the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, the selected candidates will get a monthly salary up to Rs. 55, 000. There are 52 vacant seats available for the post mentioned. The term of the appointment is 2 years for Trainee Engineer-I and 3 years for Project Engineer-I. Based on the official notification of BEL Recruitment 2023, selection is based on the written test and interview.
