The Intelligence Bureau (IB) is accepting online applications from qualified and diligent candidates for the post of Assistant Central Intelligence Officer Grade-II/Technical in the disciplines of computer science and information technology, Electronics and communication. There are a total of 226 vacancies available for the aforementioned post. In GATE 2021, 2022, or 2023, candidates must have received the minimum qualifying scores in Computer Science & Information Technology (GATE code: CS) or Electronics & Communication (GATE code: EC). The age of the candidates should not be less than 18 years old and should not be more than 27 years old as on 12-01-2024.
As stated in the official notification of IB Recruitment 2024, selected candidates will get a monthly salary of Level 7 (Rs. 44,900–1,42,400) in the pay matrix plus admissible Central Govt. allowances. Candidates have to pay the application fee of Rs. 100 along with recruitment processing charges of Rs. 100. The candidates will be selected based on their combined GATE and interview scores.
