The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) is conducting a recruitment drive to fill up 01 vacancy for the post of Assistant Keeper for the Department of Culture. As mentioned in the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the selected candidate will be paid at Level – 7 (Rs. 44900 – 142400). Following the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, willing and eligible candidates should not exceed the age limit of 35 years for ST candidates as on the normal closing date. Also, the age relaxation will be provided to the eligible candidates.
In line with the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024, the applicant should have the required educational qualifications and experience which are a Master’s degree in Anthropology, a Diploma in Museology from a recognised university or institute and at least 1 year of experience handling, maintaining and preserving specimen in a recognised museum. The selected candidate will be on a probation period of 02 years as mentioned in the official notification of UPSC Recruitment 2024.
