Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL ) is willing to recruit qualified applicants for the position of Joint Company Secretary. The selected candidate for HPCL Recruitment 2024 will be given a monthly salary between Rs.120000 to Rs.280000. There is only 01 vacant seat for the mentioned post. The applicant’s age should not exceed 50 years in order to apply for HPCL Recruitment 2024. The applicant must have an Associate/Fellow Membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) along with a graduation in any discipline from a recognized university/institute. Candidates must have 18 years of post-qualification relevant work experience in a Company Secretatialship with in-depth knowledge of the Companies Act, SEBI, Rules and regulations and relevant Statutory framework. The selected candidate for HPCL Recruitment 2024 will be posted in the Corporate HQO in Mumbai and the job is transferable.

As mentioned in the official notification of HPCL Recruitment 2024, the appointment is for a period of 01 year from the date of joining. Upon the successful completion of the probation period, the officer will be considered for confirmation as per company policy. Candidates applying for HPCL Recruitment 2024 have to pay the application fee of Rs. 1180. Candidates have to apply online via debit card, credit card, UPI or Net Banking. ST, SC, and PwBD candidates are exempted from fee payment. Interested candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria for HPCL Recruitment 2024 can apply online through the official website. The online applications have already started on 12th June 2024 and the last date for submitting the application form is 12th July 2024.
