Armoured Vehicle Nigam Limited (AVNL) invites applications from young professionals for the position of Junior Manager on a Fixed Tenure Contract (FTC) basis. Applicants will be engaged for a minimum of one year, which can be extended up to four years. All roles have an upper age limit of 28 years on the closing date of applications. The upper age limit is reduced by 3 years for OBC (Non-creamy layer) candidates and 5 years for SC/ST candidates in reserved positions. The maximum age limit for any category is 55 years. Only the candidates who belong to general/OBC need to pay Rs. 300 as an application fee and others are exempt from paying any fee. The selection process will be determined based on the Interview/Trade Test, which will be held at MPF, Ambarnath.
The monthly salary of the chosen applicants for AVNL Recruitment 2024 will be up to Rs. 47610 including Basic Pay +IDA +Spl. Allo. + OTA 3000. The candidate who has a First Class Degree in Commerce/Economics is required to apply for this post (see below).The Junior Manager on a contract basis will be initially engaged for a period of 1 Year which may be extended up to a maximum of 04 years.
