The Hindustan Copper Limited (HCL) is looking for eligible and willing candidates for the post of Deputy General Manager, Deputy Manager, Assistant Manager, and Management Trainee in various Disciplines. As given in the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2024, there are 19 vacancies for the assigned position. Selected applicants are required to serve the company for a minimum period of 03 years. The selection process for Deputy General Manager and Deputy Manager shall be based on Performance in the Personal Interview (100% Weightage), whereas, for the Post of Assistant Manager and Management Trainee selection process will consist of CBT followed by a Personal Interview.

Referring to the official notification of HCL Recruitment 2024, an applicant who belongs to the General, OBC, and EWS categories needs to pay a Non-Refundable Application Fee of Rs.500, and all other candidates are exempted from paying fees including PwBDs. The Upper Age limit for the assigned position should be between 28 years to 50 years. The chosen aspirants will get a consolidated remuneration ranging between Rs.40000 to Rs.260000 per month as per post.
