Note:
i) The total number of vacancies and the reserved vacancies are provisional and may vary according to the actual requirements of the Company. The reservation under various categories will be as per prevalent Government guidelines.
ii) Candidates shall apply under ONE discipline only.
iii) Not more than one application should be submitted by any candidate. In case of multiple Applications, only the latest valid (completed) application will be retained and the application
fee/intimation charges paid for the other registration(s) will stand forfeited.
iv) Candidates belonging to OBC category but coming in the “CREAMY LAYER”, are not entitled to OBC reservation and age relaxation. They should indicate their category as GENERAL.
v) Reservations under various categories will be as per the prevailing government guidelines at the time of finalization of the results.
Emoluments & benefits:
The selected candidate would be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 60,000/- per month for their services in the Company as a Management Trainee.
On their successful completion of Management Trainee period and subsequent absorption as Scale – I officers (Administrative Officers) with the Basic Pay starting at Rs. 50,925/- in the Scale of Rs. 50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765 and other admissible allowances as applicable. Gross
emoluments will be approximately 90,000/- (per month) depending on their place of posting.
Selection Procedure:
The selection shall be on the basis of the shortlisting of the candidates based on online examination (CBT: Computer Based Test) and interview for which the total marks will be 200.
ONLINE EXAMINATION (CBT): The candidates have to appear for Online Examination (Objective & Descriptive) of total 150 marks of 2 ½ hours (150 minutes) duration. The Minimum
qualifying mark in the online examination is 60% for General/OBC/EWS and 55% for SC/ST/PwBD. The online examination will be held in March/ April 2025 (Tentative). The details
